This article on building customer centric teamwork in a regulated environment will show us the even when working in a highly regulated environment that follows a strict system lifecycle methodology, our first priority as BA's should be always be working people with empathy and understanding.  We will learn how to apply specific techniques that give stakeholders visibility up front in the process.  This allows us to achieve the benefits of ongoing and efficient communication while meeting the strict quality guidelines that are mandated in a regulated environment.
